Give zero stars if I could.
Warning to those considering this company - don't sign up with them. Even in the realm of insurance companies they are by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Refusal of claims, technician no shows and rescheduling multiple times over, inflated pricing. Cannot get a supervisor on the phone or any follow through.

Has been the most frustrating and aggravating experience trying to deal with them. Save yourself the $699 and put it towards your own repairs/replacements

Put more information on your tv ads, so you don`t think it truly is fix or replace,and that there will be extra costs involved. We have Carshield auto care and they truly fix or replace with no costs on your part.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding unauthorized payments being withdrawn from an account ( I didn't set up), I noticed that a certain amount of money has been deducted from my account without my knowledge or consent.
I have no recollection of having an account with this company, and I am certain that I have not authorized any payments to be withdrawn from my account. I am deeply concerned about the security and safety of my personal information, as it seems that my account details have been compromised.
I have made numerous attempts to reach out to your customer service team to request a refund for these unauthorized transactions.

However, I have not received any callbacks or a refund.

This is unacceptable, and I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide me with a detailed explanation of the unauthorized transactions. I also request that you refund the amount deducted from my account immediately.
